What does it cover?

        Missing and Lost Parts:

 

The extended warranty includes replacements for parts of the VR Headset that were not in the packaging at the time of purchase. Parts included:

        Rubber touch

        Face foam pad

        Adjustable straps

        Videogame unlock code

 

In addition, if at some point you loose the rubber touch piece that comes into contact with the smartphone screen, we got you covered! We will send you a free replacement so that you can continue to enjoy your Heromask.

 

 

        Free replacement for factory damages:

Included with the extended warranty, if you have bought a NEW Heromask and it comes with any damages on the VR Headset at the time of purchase, we will send you a replacement unit free of charge.

 

         Assistance in return process:

The product was not as you expected and want to return it? Exteded warranty includes assistance during the whole process to make sure you get your money back in full.
