General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

The general terms and conditions of sale described below (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions”), govern the contractual relationship between all users of the website www.edinventa.com (hereinafter referred to as “USER”) and the commercial entity EDUCAINVENTIONS, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”).

The present general terms and conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other general terms and conditions, except in the case of prior, express and written denunciation. The COMPANY may occasionally modify the articles of its general terms and conditions, and it is therefore advisable to read them each time you visit the site www.edinventa.com (hereinafter referred to as “the SITE”).

These changes are attributable to their publication on the Internet and cannot be applied to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase on the WEB is governed by the general terms and conditions applicable at the date of the order. We consider that once you have placed an order, you will have accepted our general terms and conditions without reservation after having read them.

By accessing the SITE, you agree to abide by the general terms and conditions and the conditions of use contained therein.

2. Placing order

3. Information about the products

The marketed products on the WEB are exclusive of the registered trademarks by the COMPANY, it is also possible that THE COMPANY may sell items from different manufacturers than the one mentioned previously.

4. Prices

The sales prices indicated on the WEB are shown in euros and:

  • In case of being in the Iberian Peninsula, they will include VAT and transportation to the customer’s address.
  • If you are in the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands, VAT will be included. These shipments carry an additional extra cost of 16 euros.

5. Availability

It must be taken into account that orders will be shipped within limitations of available stock.

If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we promise to contact you as soon as possible to propose alternatives.

6. Shipments

The deadlines for all orders are from the time you placed the order, as long as it is done before 12:00 hours Monday through Friday (GMT +1). In the event that they are made after the indicated time, the term will begin to count from the next working day. These conditions are met as long as the order’s date does not send another different delivery date.

The shipping cost to Peninsula is included in the price and it is done regularly with TOURLINE EXPRESS MENSAJERÍA S.L.U. The estimated deadline is 72 hours to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, the estimated deadline is usually longer due to the intervention of the customs authorities.

The products purchased from the COMPANY will be sent to Peninsular Spain and the Balearic and Canary Islands. The order will be sent to the address you indicated at the moment you made your purchase.

The COMPANY does everything possible to respect the delivery deadlines mentioned in the WEB. However, the COMPANY is not responsible for the consequences due to a delay of shipment or a loss of the package by persons outside the transport’s contract, by yourself or due to unforeseeable or insurmountable reasons or causes of Force Majeure.
We advise you that upon receipt your package, verify that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition. If you do not agree with the items delivered, sign and indicate by hand on the delivery note the anomalies you found upon receipt it.

7. Secure payment

We have various payment means, credit card, Paypal and/or cash on delivery. In the purchase process you will able to select the most suits your needs.

8. Model withdrawal form

We recommend you to write us an email because it is faster and easier, but of course, If you rather you can send us a certified letter.

9. Returns

Our return policy is that if it is a factory defect we will return the full amount and, if not, we will return the amount minus the return costs (we share expenses, because we pay the shipping costs)

We will only accept products return in their original condition, in other words, in their packaging, with their accessories and instruction manuals.

The return process is the following:

  1. Write mail to hello@edinventa.com indicating in the subject “Return”
  2. In the email body indicate:
    1. Order ID and date
    2. Reason for return
    3. Collection place and collection time-slot
  3. Within 10 days from the goods reception you will receive the return.

10. Guarantees and After-Sales Service

All material sold on our website benefits from:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity
  • The legal guarantee from hidden flaws
  • Manufacturers’ guarantees, whose length and duration differ according to the products and brands

Quality incidents: In case of defective product, it will be replaced only in the case that corresponds to a quality incident. This evaluation will be carried out by a specialist in quality of the COMPANY.

11. Litigations and responsibilities

The COMPANY is not responsible for not execution of the present conditions in case of force majeure. As defined by the Spanish courts of law and in case of a customer fault or an unforeseeable fact attributable to a person outside the contract.

The COMPANY is not responsible for the consequences that may result from improper use of the products sold on the WEB.
